  I have been going to Henderson's Optical for years and I buy my eyewear exclusively there. The customer service is absolutely amazing - caring, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always know what I would like and what would suit my face and my prescription.
  
  Their range of frames is fantastic. They always have the newest collections and great designers: known and niche, and the quality is always great. My prescription requires high quality lenses which I always get at HO - as they are sourced either from Japan or Germany... and their optometrist is just fabulous - I have had my eyes checked by Lisa for years now and she is knowledgeable and patient.

  I was rather impressed to find a wide range of glasses at Henderson's Optical including Moscot. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and do not mind fussy customers like me. A gentleman named Jo, in particular, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Highly recommended.

  I have been buying my prescription glasses from one of the "big" names out there for many years UNTIL I recently discovered Henderson Optical. Absolutely amazing! The service is outstanding, the range is the best I've seen in Victoria, and today when I picked up my new glasses I was astonished at just how much the lenses differ from any other I've ever had. Worth every cent. Couldn't recommend Henderson Optical highly enough, and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. I agree with a previous reviewer - they know they're stuff and they know how to match frames to faces. For the first time ever, I was given a frame first up, and that was it - I didn't try any others. They were perfect for me and no hard sell!! Thank-you Henderson Optical. It 10 stars from me.

  I bought a frame from Henderson Optical 5years ago, used it everyday and it's been holding up fine. Wondered into their shop again recently with the missus and ended up purchasing a pair for each of us. Queenie was helpful and knows the product well.

  I was swooped by a Magpie on a visit to Melbourne, and was assisted by optometrist Fiona Yu as a walk-in client. Henderson Optical and Fiona went the extra mile to assist me, she is exceptionally professional, thorough, and highly recommended.
